On September 28th, China-Thai Co., Ltd. announced that company directors and senior executives, Zhang Youhu, Tang Wei, Zhou Juanping, directors Yu Fucan and Liu Xiaoqing, intend to collectively reduce their holdings of company shares by a total of no more than 3.21 million shares through centralized bidding or block trades, not exceeding 0.83% of the total share capital of the company.
