Nanjing Bank: BNP Paribas Increases Its holdings by 108 Million Shares.
Nanjing Bank announced on September 28th that BNP Paribas of France increased its stake in the bank by 108 million shares from September 22nd to September 26th through centralized bidding trading, accounting for 0.87% of the total shares of the bank. After the increase, the combined shareholding of BNP Paribas and its subsidiary rose from 16.14% to 17.02%, returning to over 17% after the dilution caused by the successful conversion of "Nan Yin Convertible Bonds". Since July, Nanjing Bank's major shareholders Nanjing Gaoke and Zijin Trust have successively increased their holdings. Nanjing Gaoke increased its stake by 130.72 million shares, reaching a stake of 9.99%. Zijin Group's subsidiary Zijin Trust increased its stake by 56.78 million shares, with the two together holding a stake of 13.02%.
