The first flash steam geothermal power station built by a Chinese company overseas has been successfully transferred.
Recently, the second phase geothermal power station project in Lumut Balai, Indonesia, under the EPC general contracting of China Energy Construction, officially received the operation acceptance certificate, becoming the first geothermal power station EPC project transferred by a Chinese enterprise overseas. The second phase geothermal power station in Lumut Balai, Indonesia, is EPC general contracted by the Shandong Electric Construction Group Co., Ltd. affiliated to China Energy Construction. The project is located in Muin County, Jihar Port City, South Sumatra Province, Indonesia. It is the largest and most technologically advanced geothermal power station built by a Chinese enterprise in Indonesia, including transmission and transformation lines, booster stations, steam collection, and brine reinjection long-distance pipeline systems.
