As the centralized maintenance season is coming to an end, the operating rate of local refineries in Shandong Province continues to rise. According to data from Longzhong Information, as of the week ending on September 25, 2025, the operating rate of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation units in Shandong refineries climbed to 53.49%, achieving a "seven consecutive increase" and reaching a new high for the year, essentially approaching the level of the same period last year. However, refinery profits have significantly decreased, with daily comprehensive profits falling to 132.83 yuan per ton, shrinking by nearly 60% in half a month.
