After verifying with the Tianjin Public Security Traffic Management Department, it was confirmed that the information is false. According to the announcement issued by the Tianjin Public Security Bureau on March 21, 2025, new energy passenger vehicles are not subject to restrictions based on vehicle license plate numbers or peak-hour restrictions for out-of-town or regional passenger vehicles.
