According to the China Execution Information Publicity website, on September 25th, the People's Court of Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, listed Zhejiang LINGPAI Technology Co., Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiary LINGPAI Automotive Trading Co., Ltd. as dishonesty executed persons, with case number Yue0111 Zhi13502 and execution basis document number Yue0111 Minchu25175. At the same time, ZHU Jiangming, founder and chairman of LINGPAI Automotive, was restricted from high consumption.
