Hisense Video announced that the company plans to sell 26.0006% of its stake in Hisense Kitchen & Bath to Hisense Mould, the controlling shareholder of Hisense Kitchen & Bath. Based on the evaluated market value pricing, the transaction price for this deal is 151 million yuan. At the same time, considering that Hisense Kitchen & Bath will implement a dividend after the evaluation benchmark date, the above-mentioned equity transfer price should be deducted by the company's dividend of 56.2134 million yuan. The actual equity transfer price that Hisense Mould should pay is 94.2905 million yuan.
