Due to issues with rectification not being in place, Ningbo Ninghai Rural Commercial Bank has been fined 2.5 million yuan.

On September 26th, the administrative penalty information released by the Ningbo Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission showed that Ningbo Ninghai Rural Commercial Bank was fined 2.5 million yuan for multiple violations including "inadequate rectification of regulatory issues, improper transfer of operating costs, weak management of related transactions, careless employee behavior management, inaccurate classification of credit assets risks, and careless credit management".
