Century Hengtong (301428.SZ) plans to acquire a 13% stake in Qiantong Zhilian, a smart transportation integrated service provider, for 113 million yuan.

The Zhitong Financial News App reported that Century Hengtong (301428.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire 13% equity of Guizhou Qiantong Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd. ("Qiantong Zhilian") held by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Financial Assets Investment Co., Ltd. for 113 million yuan with its own funds or self-raised funds.
