The Federal Aviation Administration will grant limited authorization to Boeing Company.

The statement from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) shows that starting on September 29, 2025, the FAA will limit the authorization to Boeing Company to issue airworthiness certificates for some 737 MAX and 787 aircraft.
