Dongyong Travel (06882.HK) subsidiary has received HKD 36 million in general banking financing.

Wisdom Financial News APP reported that Japan Travel (06882.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Japan Travel Travel Agency Limited (as the borrower) and the company itself (as the guarantor or guarantor provider) have accepted a revised offer from a bank regarding financing. According to the revised financing letter, a total amount of HK$36 million in general bank financing (including but not limited to revolving loan financing and corporate credit cards) has been granted to the borrower. The revolving loan financing in 2025 has no fixed term and must undergo regular reviews by the bank, while the corporate credit cards in 2025 are subject to terms and conditions set by the bank's issuing center to the borrower.
