According to the investigation report of the Qichacha APP, recently, Ningbo Lingyu Robot Parts Co., Ltd. was established, with Wu Haonian as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope includes sales of artificial intelligence hardware, sales of power electronic components, wholesale of electronic components, retail of electronic components, etc. According to the equity penetration information from Qichacha, the company is indirectly wholly owned by Top Group.
