Tianzhun Technology: Appoints Huang Yun and Zhou Ming as Vice General Managers of the Company.

Tianzhun Technology announced on September 26th that the company held the twenty-first meeting of the fourth board of directors on the same day and approved the "Appointment of Vice General Managers of the Company" proposal. After qualification review by the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Huang Yun and Zhou Ming as Vice General Managers of the company, with a term from the date of approval by this board of directors until the expiration of the fourth board of directors.
