According to the Qichacha APP, recently, there has been a change in the business registration of OPPO's affiliated company Hangzhou Doucool Software Technology Co., Ltd. The company added Zhejiang Mountain Super Shadow Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Mountainchild Technology, as a shareholder, holding 95.5% of the shares. At the same time, OPPO Guangdong Mobile Communication Co., Ltd. reduced its shareholding in the company from 100% to 4.5%. Qichacha information shows that the company was established in 2019 with a registered capital of approximately 1.869 billion yuan. Its business scope includes: computer hardware and software, Internet and mobile Internet software products, electronic products, mobile communication terminal equipment software and hardware technology development, technical consulting, and technical services.
