On September 25th, Liu Liehong, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the National Bureau of Statistics, went to Baoding City, Hebei Province to conduct research on the development and utilization of data resources, authorization operation, data annotation industry development, and high-quality dataset construction. Liu Liehong visited Baoding City Urban Exhibition Center, Data Element Innovation Center, Artificial Intelligence Data Processing and Quality Evaluation Center, Hebei Shuyuntang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Baoding Data Bay, City Public Security Bureau Big Data Innovation Center, and Great Wall Motor Company Haval Technology Center for on-site research. Liu Liehong emphasized the need to fully promote the market-oriented allocation reform of data elements, accelerate the promotion of public data authorization operations, play the government's leading role in promoting effective landing of data application scenarios. Liu Liehong pointed out that as a national data annotation base, Baoding has made good progress in planning and layout development of the annotation industry. The next step should focus on promoting the high-quality development of the annotation industry, enhancing annotation capabilities, empowering high-quality dataset construction, promoting the deep application of artificial intelligence in various industries, and assisting the industry's digitization, networking, and intelligent transformation. Key officials from the National Bureau of Statistics Digital Technology and Infrastructure Construction Department, Hebei Provincial Bureau of Statistics, and Baoding City accompanied the research.
