Announcement from Bank of Communications: The company held its annual shareholders' meeting on June 27, 2025, to review and approve the "Amendment Proposal" and the "Proposal to Abolish the Board of Supervisors" for the year 2024. With the approval of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, the amended company articles have taken effect. Starting from September 25, 2025, the company will no longer establish a Board of Supervisors, and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors will exercise the relevant powers. Current supervisors Wang Xueqing, Su Zhi, Lin Zhihong, Feng Bing, and Po Ying will no longer hold positions as supervisors or related duties on the Board of Supervisors. This decision will not have a negative impact on the company's governance and operational management.
