The emerging market economy and strategic outlook released by the Barclays research team recently stated that since 2025, global economic growth has shown an uneven and increasingly volatile trend. However, based on the average growth rate in the first half of the year, the overall resilience of the global economy exceeds expectations, so the growth forecast has been raised. Barclays currently predicts that global economic growth will be 3.1% in 2025 (an increase of 0.4 percentage points from previous estimates) and 2.8% in 2026.
