Luxury goods group LVMH is stepping up its expansion in South Korea, diversifying its international presence amidst geopolitical and economic uncertainties impacting consumer spending prospects in the United States. According to sources familiar with the matter, the group's two biggest fashion brands, LV and Dior, are both considering expanding their Maison-style flagship stores in Seoul's Cheongdam-dong in the coming years; Dior's renovation could begin as early as 2027 and include a restaurant. LVMH Mot Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE's watch and jewelry brand Bulgari is also considering opening its first flagship store in South Korea, while Tiffany's flagship store is set to open in Cheongdam-dong in 2027.
