On September 25, the second plenary session of the fourteenth Standing Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People's Congress was held at the Guangxi People's Hall. The meeting decided to appoint Xu Guohua as the Director of the Public Security Department of the Autonomous Region.
