According to data from the European Automobile Manufacturers Association, last month, BYD's new car registrations in the European Union doubled to 9,130 vehicles. If including the UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland, sales more than doubled to 11,455 vehicles. New car registrations can reflect sales. Sales of China's state-owned car manufacturer SAIC Group also saw strong growth. According to ACEA data, in August, SAIC Group's new car registrations in the EU surged by 59% to 12,822 vehicles.
