The Hong Kong Stock Exchange documents show that the total proceeds of Chery Automobile's IPO in Hong Kong are HK$9.15 billion. The final offer price is HK$30.75 per share. A total of 29.7 million shares were publicly offered, with a subscription ratio of 308.18 times. Internationally, 267.7 million shares were offered, with a subscription ratio of 11.61 times.
