UBS Group Chairman Colm Kelleher has praised the idea of CEO Sergio Ermotti potentially being his successor, sparking speculation in the market about leadership changes at the bank in the coming years. In an interview with Swiss magazine Bilanz, Kelleher expressed that he would be pleased to see Ermotti take over his position if the conditions were right and there was an "appropriate" transition period.
