(referred to as "Yunshu Zhihang"), which is controlled by the actual controller of the company, at a transaction price of 20,869,905 RMB. Xi'an Zhunchen Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) plans to transfer 16.7965% equity of Junhui Aviation held by Yunshu Zhihang, Pan Qifan plans to transfer 3.6301% equity of Junhui Aviation held by Yunshu Zhihang, Zhang Bingrong plans to transfer 2.6889% equity of Junhui Aviation held by Yunshu Zhihang, and Liu Yong plans to transfer 1.9500% equity of Junhui Aviation held by Yunshu Zhihang.
