Cnstock news app, China Jushi (600176.SH) announced that the company plans to repurchase shares through centralized competitive bidding trading method, with the number of repurchased shares not less than 30 million (inclusive) and not more than 40 million (inclusive), the repurchase price not exceeding RMB 22 per share. The repurchase period is within 12 months from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting of this repurchase plan.
