On September 24, 2025, Beijing High Energy Era Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Li Weiguo, had released the pledge of 6.5 million shares of unrestricted tradable shares held by Guotai Haitong Securities on September 23, accounting for 0.43% of the company's total share capital and 2.47% of his personal shareholding. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Li Weiguo holds 263,452,149 shares of the company, representing 17.30% of the total share capital, with the cumulative pledged shares reduced to 128,640,000 shares, accounting for 48.83% of his personal shareholding. There is currently no follow-up pledge plan for the released pledged shares, and Li Weiguo will decide whether to continue pledging based on demand, with the company promptly disclosing any updates.
