According to the latest data released by the China Securities Industry Association, as of September 24th, the number of registered securities analysts in the association reached 5972. On September 19th, the number of registered analysts in securities companies exceeded 6100. Regarding the reasons for the growth in the number of analysts, industry insiders said it may be due to new research analysts recruited by securities research institutes recently registering as analysts. "Since applying to register as a securities analyst generally requires more than 2 years of experience in securities business, we believe that the number of analysts in securities companies exceeding 6000 is related to the previous professional talent team building in securities research institutes," said Liao Bo, Chief Macro Linkage Officer of Zheshang Securities. In addition, researchers from securities research institutes also told reporters that personnel changes are mainly influenced by the business development needs of various securities companies.
