Yujing Corporation Announcement: As of September 24, 2025, the total share capital of the company is 205 million shares, excluding the repurchase special securities account, the total share capital is 204 million shares; Hangzhou Que Shi Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., which holds 6.9601% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 4.28 million shares from October 27, 2025 to January 26, 2026 through centralized bidding or block trading, accounting for 2.0831% of the total share capital of the company, and 2.0995% of the total share capital after excluding repurchased shares, of which the total reduction in centralized bidding shall not exceed 1% for any consecutive 90 days, and the total reduction in block trading shall not exceed 2% for any consecutive 90 days.
