Feike Appliances announced that its affiliated company, Chunmi Technology, has recently received a letter from the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd. approving the public transfer of shares of Chunmi Technology and listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system. Chunmi Technology is mainly engaged in the design, research and development, production, and sales of small household appliances, with Feike Appliances holding 13.7945% of its shares. After Chunmi Technology is listed, it will still be considered an affiliated company of Feike Appliances, and the company will account for it using the equity method. It is expected that this will not have a significant impact on the financial condition and operating results of Feike Appliances.
