On the afternoon of September 24th, Geely Automobile announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that, in view of the launch of new models under the Geely and Lynk & Co brands and the company's insufficient production capacity, on September 24, 2025 (after trading hours), the company, Geely Holding Group, Farizon Commercial Vehicle, and Shandong Geely New Energy entered into a cooperation agreement for the manufacturing and procurement of whole vehicles and complete vehicle kits. The agreement is valid for three years from the completion date until December 31, 2027. According to the agreement, the group has conditionally agreed to purchase whole vehicles and complete vehicle kits primarily for Geely, Geometry, and Lynk & Co brands from Farizon Commercial Vehicle Group, Shandong Geely New Energy Group, and Geely Holding Group. These entities are designated production partners for the group's whole vehicles and complete vehicle kits. This new agreement will replace the existing agreement for the manufacturing and procurement of whole vehicles and complete vehicle kits.
