Announcement from North Maotech: Shareholder Chen Jianfeng, who holds 33.0666 million shares, accounting for 9.96% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 8.2666 million shares through block trading and centralized bidding from October 24, 2025 to January 23, 2026, accounting for 2.49% of the company's total share capital. Deputy General Manager Yang Changkun, who holds 44.84 million shares, accounting for 0.14%, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 11.21 million shares during the same period through the same method, accounting for 0.03%.
