Singen Electric Holdings shareholder Li Xin has pledged part of his shares, with a cumulative pledge ratio reaching 53.38%.

On September 23, 2025, Xingje Electric was informed that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Li Xin, had pledged some of his shares. Li Xin holds 49,046,593 shares of the company, accounting for 31.21% of the total share capital. In this pledge, 7,500,000 shares were pledged, accounting for 15.29% of his holdings and 4.77% of the total share capital. After this pledge, the total pledged shares amount to 26,180,000, accounting for 53.38% of his holdings and 16.66% of the total share capital. Within the next six months, there will be 10,000,000 shares due for pledge, corresponding to a financing balance of 1.5 billion yuan; and within the next year, there will be 8,680,000 shares due for pledge, corresponding to a financing balance of 1.5 billion yuan. The controlling shareholder has the ability to repay the funds, and this pledge will not affect the company's ownership or operations.
