Yue Guoyong, Chairman of Henan Tiejian Investment Group, has been transferred to the Ministry of Transport.

They held discussions and exchanges on the construction and development of the international center and the key work in the next step. The official information above shows that Yue Guoyong, who previously served as the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Henan Railway Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., as well as the Chairman of Henan Intercity Railway Co., Ltd., has now taken up the position of Director of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Transport.
