New Era Software Announcement: Wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen New Era intends to acquire 49% equity of Shenzhen Hengdao, with a transaction amount of RMB 48.2356 million. After the completion of the transaction, Shenzhen New Era's shareholding in Shenzhen Hengdao will increase from 51% to 100%, making Shenzhen Hengdao a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
