On the afternoon of September 24th, Geely Automobile announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that, in view of the launch of new models under the Geely and Lynk & Co brands and the company's insufficient production capacity, on September 24, 2025 (after trading hours), the company, Geely Holding Group, Farizon Commercial Vehicle, and Shandong Geely New Energy entered into a cooperation agreement for the manufacturing and procurement of whole vehicles and complete vehicle kits. This new agreement will replace the existing agreement for the manufacturing and procurement of whole vehicles and complete vehicle kits.
