Duty-free shops in Chengdu city will make their debut on September 25th.

Chengdu's only downtown duty-free store will debut on September 25th. The duty-free store is located in the Renaissance Holding Plaza in Chengdu, and the sales target for duty-free goods is passengers who hold valid entry and exit documents and will depart within 60 days by air or international cruise, and have already purchased outbound air tickets or international cruise ship tickets. The policy also stipulates that outbound passengers are only allowed to purchase duty-free goods in downtown stores in the city where the port of departure is located.
