Dongzhu Ecological Holdings shareholder Xi Huiming's 20 million shares have been released from pledge.

On September 22, 2025, Xie Huiming, the controlling shareholder of Dongzhu Eco-Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., completed the procedures for the release of 20 million pledged shares to Xiamen Wanfu Huipawn Co., Ltd., accounting for 13.17% of the shares held by him and 4.48% of the total share capital of the company. After this release, Xie Huiming has pledged a total of 68.17 million shares of the company, accounting for 44.89% of the shares held by him and 15.28% of the total share capital. Xie Huiming and its concerted parties collectively hold 205,740,052 shares of the company, accounting for 46.12% of the total share capital, with a total pledged shares of 80.17 million shares, accounting for 38.97% of the total shares held by him and 17.97% of the total share capital of the company. Xie Huiming may have future plans for share pledges, and the company will disclose information in accordance with regulations.
