Tianyancha App shows that on September 23, the patent for "Method, Device, Robot, Storage Medium and Program Product for Controlling Robot" applied by Zhuhai Gree Electric Appliances Inc. was published. The abstract shows that the method includes: pre-planning the motion trajectory of the robot end effector based on the operating parameters of the robot, determining the expected bending moment that the tool will bear; when the expected bending moment is greater than a preset threshold, determining the operating ratio of the robot, controlling the speed and acceleration of the tool according to the operating ratio, so that the bending moment applied to the tool does not exceed the preset threshold. This solution, by calculating the bending moment that the end effector will bear in advance during the robot's motion planning process, adjusts the operating ratio in the actual motion process, ensuring that the bending moment applied to the end effector during motion is less than its limit, avoiding bending or even breaking of the tool, ensuring stable operation of the robot, and improving operational safety.
