The amount involved in the case is 9,928,908.66 yuan. The plaintiff claimed that the defendant repeatedly delayed payment, refused to fulfill the payment obligation since 2025, and constituted a serious breach of contract. The plaintiff requested the defendant to pay the overdue invoiced payable amount of 9,654,893.33 yuan and the delayed payment loss of 274,015.33 yuan, and bear the litigation costs.
