Jin Zhengda: Yang Gongqing resigns as vice president and financial director.

On September 23rd, Jin Zheng announced that the board of directors of the company recently received a written resignation report from Yang Gongqing, the deputy general manager, financial officer, and secretary of the board of directors of the company. Yang Gongqing applied to resign from the positions of deputy general manager and financial officer due to work adjustments. After resigning from the above positions, Yang Gongqing will still serve as the secretary of the board of directors in the company. According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Company's Articles of Association, Yang Gongqing's resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors.
