Juran Intelligent New Retail Group announced the progress of the guarantees for the year 2025 of the company and its subsidiaries. Previously, the company agreed that the total guarantee amount for the year 2025 for the company and its subsidiaries should not exceed 124 million RMB, including a guarantee amount of not more than 70 million RMB for Juran Smart by the home chain. Recently, Juran Smart extended the credit limit of 80 million RMB with the Beijing Dongcheng Branch of China Bank until December 18, 2025. The home chain signed a supplementary agreement to the guarantee contract for this purpose. Juran Smart is a second-level wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and its financial indicators show that it is operating well. This guarantee is within the limit and has been approved by the shareholders' meeting without any counter-guarantee set. As of now, the balance of guarantees for the company and its controlling subsidiaries is reasonable.
