Recently, the Apple iPhone 17 series was officially launched, and some users who received the first batch of new phones provided feedback on the screen issues of the iPhone 17 Pro: half green screen, screen displaying green or purple colors, jokingly referred to as having a "northern lights special effect". Some users reported that they got their hands on the official first release of the iPhone 17 Pro through official channels, turned it on and the screen turned purple. Other users mentioned that the screen was normal when they first turned on the phone, but after downloading a few common apps, the screen started to have a half green screen. Instead of sending it back for inspection, these users opted to directly return the phone. In response, Apple customer service stated that they have received feedback from other users regarding screen issues. If there is abnormal screen brightness, Apple will conduct hardware diagnostics on the phone. Apple's screens and other hardware undergo strict quality inspections before leaving the factory to eliminate the possibility of hardware issues in a very small number of cases. In such instances, software system troubleshooting will be carried out. Sometimes, there may be abnormalities in the color function due to system calls, and these can be fixed by updating the system.
