According to the official WeChat account of Liwan District, Guangzhou, starting from 10 p.m. on September 22, Liwan District has decided to implement the "Three Stops" measures step by step across the entire district. Starting from 10 p.m. on September 22, all primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, nurseries, childcare institutions, and vocational schools in the district will be suspended, and residential students will be strictly managed for safety by the schools. The district Education Bureau and the district Human Resources Bureau are responsible for coordinating with higher authorities to implement the suspension of classes as required. Starting from 10 p.m. on September 22, the relevant departments of each industry should notify high-altitude workers, construction workers at construction sites, and other outdoor workers to stop working and evacuate to a safe place for shelter. Starting from 10 p.m. on September 22, all tourist attractions, parks, and scenic spots in the district will be closed. The district Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports, and the district Market Supervision Bureau are responsible for coordinating with higher authorities to implement the closure measures as required.
