Recently, the board of directors of Daoming Optical Co., Ltd. received a written resignation report from non-independent director Yang Shuai. Due to personal reasons, he resigned from the position of director of the sixth board of directors of the company, and will not hold any other positions in the company or its subsidiary companies after resigning. Yang Shuai was originally supposed to serve until the completion of the sixth board of directors, and his resignation will not result in the number of board members falling below the statutory minimum, nor will it affect the company's normal operations and daily business. The resignation report will take effect upon delivery to the board of directors.
