Zhang Wei, party secretary of Changning District, Shanghai, stated at a press conference on September 23 that Changning District has currently formed four billion-level industry clusters in software information, transportation, wholesale and retail, and leasing and commerce, with the leading industries playing a more prominent role. Among them, the value added of the software information service industry has grown at an average annual rate of 24.8%, ranking first in the city. The total transaction volume of e-commerce platforms in the district has reached 1.62 trillion yuan, with an average annual growth of 17.7%, accounting for one-third of the city's total transaction volume. At the same time, based on the development foundation of digital economy and aviation services, the district is actively laying out new tracks such as industrial Internet and low-altitude economy, and striving to draw the "second curve" of economic development.
