On September 23, the first domestically produced D-allulose sugar product jointly developed and produced by COFCO Biochemical Technology and COFCO Nutrition and Health Research Institute was officially released and launched in Beijing. The introduction of the allulose sugar product by COFCO Group not only fills the gap in the domestic high-end functional sugar market, but also marks the breakthrough of China in breaking the international technological monopoly in the field of biomanufacturing.
