Drivers and passengers with sea travel needs should arrange their schedules in advance. Starting from 18:00 on the 23rd, all parks, scenic spots, and tourist attractions in the city will be closed. Residents and tourists should reduce unnecessary outings; when at home, they should reinforce doors and windows to ensure safety.
