Starting from 18:00 on the 23rd, the Qiongzhou Strait will suspend navigation, and the resumption time will be announced in the notice from the city's transportation and maritime departments. Drivers and passengers with sea travel needs should arrange their schedules in advance. Starting from 18:00 on the 23rd, all parks, scenic spots, and tourist attractions in the city will be closed. Residents and tourists should reduce unnecessary outings; when at home, they should reinforce doors and windows to ensure safety.
