The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has implemented adverse weather trading arrangements for its securities and derivatives markets (including Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect) starting from September 2024. During the effective period of typhoon signal number 8 or above, black rainstorm warning, or extreme situation warning, the markets will still operate according to normal trading hours.
