On September 22, the Shaanxi Financial Regulatory Bureau website issued a reply approving the qualification of Liu Jianyun, deputy president of Chang'an Bank Limited. The bank shall require the above-mentioned approved personnel to strictly comply with the relevant regulations of the Financial Regulatory Bureau, and shall assume office within 3 months from the date of this administrative licensing decision, and report to the office in a timely manner as required. If the person does not assume office within the specified period, this approval document shall be invalid, and the licensing authority shall handle the administrative licensing cancellation procedures.
