Reporters learned from informed sources that Avita Technology, jointly developed by Chang'an, Huawei, and CATL, plans to submit its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in the fourth quarter of this year and aims to complete the listing in the second quarter of next year. "The company is currently in the final preparation stage, and may submit the application as early as October," the source revealed. Previously, officials from Avita had stated that CICC and CITIC Securities are serving as the company's joint sponsors, and the company plans to go public in 2026.
