The Zhitong Finance APP announced that on September 22, 2025, after a bidding process, Guangnan (Group) (01203.HK) issued a notice that its indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Yuehai Lishui Food (company's indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary), entered into a construction contract with the contractor (the successful bidder in the bidding process) (China Railway First Group, Huashang International Engineering, Guangdong Provincial Architectural Design Institute). According to the contract, the contractor will provide design and construction services to Yuehai Lishui Food for the development of a slaughterhouse and supporting facilities on the site for a price of 110 million yuan.
